Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.
- How long will it take to process my order?
Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock unless buyer requests separate shipments.

At Skiin LLC we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning product.
If you would like to return your goods for any reason, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All items that are ordered from Skiin LLC can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.
Skiin LLC will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Skiin LLC WHEN EXCHANGING AN ITEM.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Skiin LLC goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control. We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty
Skiin LLC warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 10 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.

For customers who prefer to stop in at our location or mail us their order, we accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders.
(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 Day waiting period for the check to clear). All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.
ATTENTION PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: Skiin LLC only ships to PAYPAL *CONFIRMED* addresses. If your address has not been confirmed by PAYPAL, please pay by sending or stopping at our store with a cashier’s check or money order. Thank you.
